07 - Furoma Guide for Grandmasters

  1. Travel to the Town of Gnawnia and buy as much Brie cheese as you can afford and then travel to the Training Grounds (Furoma Regions).
  2. Use the Mutated Venus Mouse trap and hunt here until you get a Ticket to the Burroughs Bazaar which is dropped by various mice. [Tip: Do not buy the Zugzwang's Last Move trap at this stage, the Mutated Venus Mouse trap is all you need]. [Tip2: You can go after the Torn Pages of Plankruns Journal on the Dojo which is dropped by a Monk mouse at the Training Grounds].
  3. Travel to the Bazaar (Burroughs Region) and get the Furoma Map Stitch at the Cartographer costs 90,000 gold. Once it is fixed pick it up and travel to the Dojo (Furoma Region).
  4. You can use either Brie cheese or Maki cheese [Formula] to hunt in the Dojo.  Maki cheese will increase the number of Student mice you encounter so is recommended.
  5. Hunt in the Dojo until you have caught enough of each of the 3 types of Student mice in order to craft at least 3 of Glutter cheese, Sucheese cheese and Combat cheese [Formula]. This requires at least 3 Tokens of each kind.
  6. Travel to the Meditation Room and catch the 3 types of Master mice using the crafted cheeses.
  7. Repeat steps 5 to 6 until you have 1 of each Masters Shard.
  8. You may have been lucky and have the Ambush Trap Blueprints already. If not go to the Pinnacle Chamber and load Brie cheese in your trap. Eventually a Hapless mouse will drop the Ambush Trap Blueprints.
  9. Now travel to the Lagoon (Whisker Woods region) and hunt there.
  10. Keeping the same trap set-up, change your bait to Wicked Gnarly Cheese (which can be crafted using the Wicked Gnarled Cheese potions that you collected while at the Great Gnarled Tree). [Tip: Try to get the Ship's blueprints which are dropped by a Hydra mouse. Use your highest physical and/or luckiest trap and Gnarled cheese to do this. If you manage to get them you will save 750,000 gold by not having to buy them later. However, this appears to be a rare drop].
  11. Keep hunting until you reach the rank of Legendary.
  12. Go to Part 08 - Legendary.
